Background: You
must fight the evil Pernita Empire with the prototype Cybermoph
Transmogriffon (T-Griffon) which is a morphing attack craft. You must
travel from world to world collecting pods which contain weapons and
information.
Game Play: This game was one of the
earliest for the Jaguar-meant to be its Super Mario. A solid game with
good graphics. There are many enemy ships, hidden areas, and other
barriers. The one distraction is the voice of your on board computer
who constantly repeats phrases such as "where did you learn how
to fly?" when you run into things. But besides that distraction a
very solid addition for the Jaguar and the 3D polygon graphics were
done much better than Club Drive. You can spend much time exploring
the various terrains and worlds. This also provides a good mix of
strategy and action. The control can be tricky at first, but can be
mastered easily. Because this game was so common you can get it
cheap-the best Jaguar value!
Pros: graphics, good action and strategy
Cons: the phrase "where did you learn how to fly?" |
